1. Data we collect
We may collect data such as name, email, phone number, restaurant information, reservations created, schedules, customers and data necessary to use the platform.
2. Purpose
Data is used to provide the MesaLink service, process reservations, manage accounts, communicate with users and improve the platform.
3. Restaurant customers' data
End customers' data is used only to manage reservations and communications related to those reservations.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use third-party services necessary for hosting, payments, authentication, email or technical support.
4-A. Partner Network data
Group requests use a code plus the date, party size, area, budget, preferences and contact details needed for the booking. Access controls hide the name, phone number and email from restaurants before acceptance; they become available only to the restaurant that secures the booking. Stripe processes restaurant and partner tax and payment data for verification, charges, invoicing and transfers. Partner invoices remain attached to the group history and are available only to the partner, the recipient restaurant and authorised MesaLink staff.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect the data processed on the platform.
Pesquisa no catálogo aberto de restaurantes
In the MesaLink Partners app, we use a directory verified by MesaLink and may use Geoapify and OpenStreetMap data as a location supplement. The search, the indicated area, and only when authorized by the user, the approximate location may be sent to Geoapify to return additional results. To create and update the directory, we consult public information from the restaurant’s official website. We only publish records that maintain a usable public email for reservation requests and a real photograph of the establishment. MesaLink retains the place identifiers, contacts, photographs by reference, respective source pages, and verification dates, as well as the data needed to manage reservation requests. They also apply to Geoapify Privacy Policy and the OpenStreetMap Privacy Policy.
Candidaturas comerciais / Sales partner applications
The data provided in an application, including CV, contact, experience, markets, languages, and professional responses, is used to assess a potential business partnership. MesaLink may assign an explainable score based solely on criteria relevant to the role, to order the review; no application is rejected automatically and the final decision is human. We do not use age, gender, nationality, photograph, marital status, disability, or other sensitive data for this assessment.
